We do also accept slightly damaged items but these must be accompanied by a detailed description and close up photos. This is to ensure that the items meet the quality standards of our community.

You will be emailed a pre-paid Evri shipping label to send the item directly to the buyer. At this stage, we enable domestic shipping only i.e. the buyer and seller must both be in the U.K. Find your drop-off shop.

Once submitted, your listing is ‘pending’ while we take a quick look to make sure it complies with our guidelines. We’ll email to let you know when the listing has been approved and is live on the pre-loved site.

Payment will be released 72 hours after the item has been delivered. You can choose to be paid out in 80% cash or 110% store credit.
