We hope you love your order, but if not, you have 35 days to return it to us for a full refund or exchange.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase from our webstore, please return the item(s) back to us within 35 days of receipt.

  • Please print and fill in the form below for returns or exchanges and send it with your items. Click here for the Returns Form.
  • If you do not have a printer, please handwrite the relevant information on a piece of paper and include it with your return.
  • The items must be returned to the address below:

  • Returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original labels still attached.
  • The customer is responsible for return postage costs. Items are returned at your own risk, so we recommend using a recorded postal service and keeping your tracking number.
  • Once the item(s) have been received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Exchanges are processed if the requested item is in stock and of equal value. You will receive an email confirmation once this is complete.
  • If you purchased a Turtledove London item from one of our independent retailers, please contact them directly to arrange your return.

Faulty Item Returns

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrectly packed, we can arrange a prepaid returns process for you. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue at customerservice@turtledovelondon.com.
