Delivery and Shipping

UK orders are charged:

  • Standard Delivery : £3.95
  • Next Day Delivery (Cut off time 4pm): £5.99
  • We offer free UK delivery when you spend £45 or over on your order. This is automatically applied at checkout based on your basket.

Next day orders placed on Friday - will leave on a Monday.

For Worldwide orders see below rate card:

  • Ireland Standard Delivery : £12
  • Europe Standard Delivery : £15 
  • US and Canada Standard Delivery : £18 
  • Rest of World Standard Delivery : £18 

This will be converted depending on your currency at checkout.

We ship internationally using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services wherever possible.

This means:

  • All import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout

  • You will see the full cost of your order upfront

  • No additional charges will be due on delivery

  • Your parcel will clear customs smoothly without delays

We want your shopping experience to be simple and transparent — the price you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Returns 

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase from our website, please return the item(s) back to us within 28 Days of Receipt. 

Please note we do not offer free returns so it is the customers responsibility and cost to return the goods back.  For ease and security we recommend using a tracked service. 

At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a replacement please return the goods back to us and repurchase. 

If you should have received a faulty item please contact customer services: customerservice@turtlovelondon and we will arrange for your items to come back to us and a refund issued.

Please ensure you put the returns form in your order before returning to us. If you have lost your returns slip please ensure your order number is visible for us to locate your details when it arrives.
